Neighborhood Planning For Green Stormwater Infrastructure

Step 6 of 6: Neighborhood-wide Submission Form

PWD is seeking to partner with neighborhood organizations that have identified sites for potential green infrastructure projects in their communities. Please follow the steps in the Neighborhood Planning for Green Infrastructure process, and enter the results below.

PWD will review the sites submitted by the organization for potential stormwater management opportunities and respond to the submission within 10 to 12 weeks. 

This form cannot be saved. Please read through the entire form and make sure that you have gathered all relevant information before beginning.

General Information

If you have already spoken with PWD staff about this project, please enter their name(s) here.

Please list all community organizations, city agencies, institutions, elected officials and others.

Please describe the neighborhood planning process, including community outreach and engagement efforts that have taken place. Include detailed information on the public participation process such as the number of public meetings, an estimate of the number of total residents in attendance at those meetings and any interviews or focus groups conducted with community stakeholders. Include information such as the dates during which the planning process took place and year that the plan was complete.

Please list any funding sources that the organization would like to leverage in a greening partnership with PWD. Indicate the amount of funding available and any deadlines for use of funds.

Please describe the interest and capacity of the organization(s) involved in the project to provide maintenance to green infrastructure projects once they are constructed.
