Incentives for Businesses
- Businesses can earn a rebate of 25% of green roof costs up to $100,000 through the Green Roof Tax Credit.
- Businesses can reduce their stormwater fees by implementing green infrastructure projects. More information is available through the Green Guide For Property Management.
- The Stormwater Management Incentives Program offers incentives and assistance to non-residential PWD customers. The SMIP grant will provide financial assistant to non-residential property owners who desire to build green stormwater infrastructure to manage private property runoff.
