Rivers Conservation Plan
The Poquessing Creek Rivers Conservation Plan (RCP) was funded by a grant from DCNR and completed in 2007. Based on information collected from a diverse array of stakeholders, the plan presents a number of ways to improve not only the creek, but quality of life for residents as well.

Comprehensive Characterization Report
Completed in 2010, the Comprehensive Characterization Report (CCR) for the Poquessing Creek Watershed contains detailed technical information about land use, geology, soils, topography, demographics, meteorology, hydrology, water quality, ecology, fluvial geomorphology and pollutant loads in the watershed.

Act 167 Plan
The Poquessing Creek Watershed Act 167 Plan was completed in 2012 under the advisement of the Watershed Plan Advisory Committee. The main objective of the plan is to control stormwater runoff on a watershed basis rather than on a site-by-site basis, taking into account how development and land cover in one part of the watershed will affect stormwater runoff in all other parts of the watershed.
