Each year, the Office of Watersheds (OOW) summarizes all its activities and programs pertaining to the maintenance of stormwater in combined and separate sewers for the previous fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th) in an annual report. This task is conducted in accordance with the City's CSO & MS4 NPDES permits that are reported to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

The efforts and activities contained in this report includes input from not only OOW staff but also other departments within the Water Department (e.g. Planning & Review, Industrial Waste Unit, Collector Systems, Flow Control, Water Restoration Team, etc), other departments within the City (e.g. Streets Department, Health Department, Fairmount Parks Commission)
